Client's story:

The petitioner, a U.S. citizen who was over the age of 21, submitted the I-130 form for her biological father in China. Similar to most cases in this period, the consular processing was delayed due to COVID-19. The visa applicant successfully obtained an immigrant visa at the beginning. Later, due to the COVID-19 and personal reasons, the visa applicant failed to enter the United States within the validity period of the visa, resulting in the invalidation of the visa. After confirming the steps and possibility of re-application with Samabroad, the visa applicant decided to entrust  Samabroad to process the re-application for him again. In the end, the U.S. Consulate in Guangzhou approved his visa application, which freed the client from the risk of applying from scratch.
